The graduation rate below is computed by a SQL view that the architecture refuses to let a human edit before it appears. The page server-renders against that view. No board approves the number. No marketing approves the page.
Quarterly graduation rate
The first quarterly disclosure publishes after a full quarter of introduction activity. Until then, this page is honest about being empty.
Computed live from public.quarterly_graduation_public. Methodology and machine-readable export at data.theonecompass.app/v1/methodology.
Pricing
Every line is a separate decision. There is no upsell flow between them. There is no tier that buys priority, visibility, or attention.

The four structural commitments
- Silence by default. Notifications are an allowlist of load-bearing events; nothing else is ever sent.
- In person within fourteen days, or the introduction expires.
- Declining-symmetric six-month cooldown after every introduction. No tier that shortens it; no schema for one.
- Decoupled pricing. Every product is a separate decision, with no upsell flows between them.

Notification policy
These are the only kinds of notification the system will ever send. The notification dispatcher refuses anything outside the allowlist; the enum in the database refuses to grow without a migration in the open.
- Introduction ready (one notification when a reviewer releases an introduction).
- Meeting reminder, 24 hours before.
- Check-in prompt, after a meeting concludes.
- Cooldown complete, when you are eligible again.
- Year-one verification, twelve months after graduation.
Each user may disable any one of these in the notification settings.
The reasoning behind all of this is in the founder essay.
