Terms of Service

The seven structural commitments published at theonecompass.app/commitments are not aspirational marketing language. They are operative terms of this agreement. We are bound by them in code, in policy, and in this contract. Modifying or removing any of them requires public notice and a corresponding hash change to the published commitment artifact.

You must be 18 years of age or older. You must be unmarried and available for partnership. Identity verification is required before Introductions are enabled.

The Compass is $199, once. Introductions are separate and are not sold in this flow. Refunds within 30 days, on request. Refund triggers deletion option for your Compass.

The service exists to support intentional partnership formation. Use that does not serve that purpose (harassment, impersonation, gathering information for non-personal purposes) is not permitted and may result in account closure.

We are an introductions service. We do not guarantee a relationship or a particular outcome. Our public quarterly disclosure honestly states our actual rates.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
